Paid Time Off (PTO)

Need time to relax? Employees begin accruing leave on their first day and receive 17 days their first year. PTO is earned as follows: (Can be used for vacation or sick leave.)

  • 0-2 years = 17 days
  • 3-4 years = 19 days
  • 5-9 years = 21 days
  • 10-14 years = 24 days
  • 15+ years = 25 days

Tuition Assistance Program

Wireless Matrix believes in career advancement and creating opportunities; therefore, employees are eligible to receive reimbursement of expenses for up to $5,250 each year for tuition reimbursement for programs directly related to their current job.

Employee Referral Program

Yea, we like our employees that much.and want their friends and family to work with us too! If an employee refers candidates that are hired by the Company, the employee will be eligible for the $1,000 referral bonus!
