Our Implementation Process consists of four phases:

  • Phase I: Discovery and Planning: Wireless Matrix works with you to identify resources, determine requirements and establish the schedule for successful solution delivery.
  • Phase II: Delivery, Activation and Installation: We bring together the various solution elements and integrate them, providing you with a solution that works for your specific business requirements.
  • Phase III: Testing and Training: Your solution elements are validated and users are trained on the solution.
  • Phase IV: Transition and Support: Once you solution goes live, you will have ongoing operational support for the life of your solution – 24x7x365.
