Wireless Matrix Adds Subscribers With Municipal Customer
Contract Extension Offers Additional Service Options
HERNDON, VA - (November 1, 2011) - Herndon, VA - (Nov. 1, 2011) -Wireless Matrix Corporation (TSX:WRX), a leading provider of GPS fleet tracking services, announced today that a key municipal customer has expanded its deployment with the company and extended its service agreement.
The customer currently uses the FleetOutlook® Silver package for tracking approximately 180 fleet vehicles, including vehicles in the municipality's power and water divisions. The expansion is expected to add approximately 200 subscribers by the end of the calendar year.
The 12-month contract extension also includes options for the customer to upgrade its service to the FleetOutlook Gold package, which includes TechConnect® in-cab navigation services.
