Wireless Matrix’s Chief Operating Officer To Part With Company
HERNDON, VA - (Mar. 24, 2011) - Wireless Matrix Corporation (TSX: WRX) announced today that Al Milligan, chief operations officer, will leave his position with the company effective May 5.
Milligan is a 15 year veteran of the company, dating back to Norcom Networks in 1996. He has played an instrumental role in establishing strategic enterprise accounts, including some of the company’s earliest and longest-lasting successes in wireless data communications. He also led the integration of the MobileAria and Sapias acquisitions by Wireless Matrix, which solidified the company’s early application services business.
Milligan will transition to a consulting role with Wireless Matrix after his departure, providing continuity of operations as the company transitions his responsibilities.
