1. What is FleetOutlook?
FleetOutlook is an innovative GPS-enabled web application that enables users to improve the productivity and efficiency of their mobile workers. The FleetOutlook application includes an innovative mapping and dashboard layout along with powerful reports, real-time alerts and an open standards XML interface for easy integration to third party applications.

2. How does FleetOutlook help improve productivity and reduce costs?
FleetOutlook provides a host of easy-to-use tools to help you improve the productivity of your mobile workers and reduce operational expenses.

For example, real-time dashboard metrics and automated alerts, such as the long stop alert, provide you with powerful tools to help you improve the number of jobs your technicians complete per day. Our nearest vehicle search tool enables you to quickly dispatch the nearest technician which improves response time and ultimately increases customer satisfaction.

We also offer a suite of tools to help you reduce fuel usage. These tools include various reports and alerts such as our Idle Time Report, Speeding Alert and Unauthorized Usage Report.

3. Do I have to load software on my computer and manage software versions?
No. FleetOutlook is a fully web-based application meaning that no software needs to be loaded on your computer. You also automatically receive the latest version of the web application each time you log into FleetOutlook. FleetOutlook is accessed from a traditional web browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

4. What version of Flash Player is required to run FleetOutlook?
FleetOutlook requires Adobe Flash Player 9.0.124 or higher. You can download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.

5. Which wireless carriers do you support?
Wireless Matrix supports a wide range of wireless communication standards including Wi-Fi, cellular and satellite. Our business was built upon the premise of providing wireless communication coverage at any point of need. No matter how remote your operations or data intensive your applications, we have a wireless solution for you. On the cellular front, we have an extensive list of our devices are certified on a number of nationwide networks including AT&T/Cingular (GPRS & EDGE), Verizon Wireless (CDMA & EVDO) and Sprint.

6. What types of GPS-enabled devices do you offer?
Wireless Matrix manufactures its own hardware. We have one of the broadest selections of GPS-enabled devices in the industry. There is certain to be a device that meets your performance and cost requirements. Our devices are divided into two product families: 1) the Reporter family and 2) the Communicator family.

The Reporter family of devices transmits GPS/AVL data efficiently and effectively. Some of the devices in this series are extremely compact in size and can be mounted on the windshield like a toll transponder or discretely in the A-pillar or under the dashboard. These devices also support discrete inputs such as PTO, Boom, Power washers, etc.

The Communicator family of devices has all the features and functions of the Reporter series, plus they offer the ability to be a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot. These devices operate on higher speed cellular wireless networks such as EDGE and EVDO and offer the ability to be a central data hub for all in-vehicle communications.

7. Can I integrate your GPS data with my other systems?
Absolutely. One of the differentiators of Wireless Matrix is our open XML web services architecture that allows you to "breath GPS" from our FleetOutlook web application into your billing, workforce management and other mission-critical systems. Similarly, our in-vehicle devices can be a single data communication for your in-vehicle applications and devices. FleetOutlook is currently integrated with a number of third-party applications such as CSG, ARRIS, Ventyx and Milsoft.

8. Where is your Customer Care Center located?
Our Customer Care Center is 100% based in the United States. We have a Customer Care Center on the east coast, based in Reston, VA, and a second Customer Care Center on the west coast, based in San Francisco, CA. Our Customer Care Center staff never sleeps . . . so you can. Rest assured that there will always be a friendly, articulate and knowledgeable Customer Care person available to assist you 24 x 7 x 365.

9. Is my fleet too large or too small?
No. We have experience meeting the needs of some of the largest and smallest fleets in the nation, one of our largest customers has over 15,000 devices installed. Our smallest fleet customer has just one device installed.

FleetOutlook was architected since its conception to provide a scalable solution that can meet the needs of both small and large fleets. You can mirror the organizational structure of your enterprise in FleetOutlook by creating Groups such as "West Coast Region" and Subgroups such as "Oakland Terminal." You have the ability to create an unlimited number of Groups and Subgroups to mirror your operations. Unlike some GPS providers, we allow you to set up an unlimited number of users in the application.

10. Why is the Wireless Matrix solution better than the hundreds of GPS solutions on the market?
There are hundreds if not thousands of GPS solutions in the market today. However, many of these solutions are "point solutions" meaning that they solve one specific problem, offer limited functionality and don't play well with other systems. FleetOutlook, in contrast, is a feature-rich web application that offers industry leading maps, reports and alerts to help you maximize the efficiency and productivity of your mobile workers. FleetOutlook also offers an open standards XML interface to make integration to third-party applications simple. Unlike many GPS providers, we have been in the business for nearly two decades and have grown to be one of the largest solutions providers in North America.

11. How much does it cost to implement FleetOutlook?
Wireless Matrix offers customers a subscription-based pricing model which includes FleetOutlook, in-vehicle hardware devices and wireless data plans. Pricing is based on the number of vehicles in your fleet, the hardware your business requires and the number of FleetOutlook users.
